• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Generate invalid ad traffic or clicks

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and third-party policies (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policy).

• Exceeding message limits may incur overage charges

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BotnFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTNFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
